These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baronial Business Bureau Ltd shareholder portal and website ("Services"). By accessing the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Baronial Business Bureau Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 16814877). The Services are operated exclusively for registered shareholders and authorised personnel of the Company. Access is not open to the general public.

Access to the shareholder portal is granted solely to individuals who hold a valid share interest in Baronial Business Bureau Ltd and have completed the required KYC/AML verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at chief@baronialbureau.com.

Nothing on this website or within the shareholder portal constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to invest. All portfolio information, valuations, and dividend forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Share valuations shown are indicative based on the most recent independent appraisal and do not represent a public market price.

Dividend declarations shown in the portal are subject to Board approval and may be revised or cancelled. Estimated dividend figures are projections only. Actual payments depend on the Company's financial position, distributable reserves, and regulatory requirements at the time of distribution.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any cryptocurrency wallet address you register for dividend payouts. The Company accepts no liability for distributions sent to an incorrectly entered wallet address. Cryptocurrency distributions are processed at the Company's discretion and are subject to network conditions, gas fees, and applicable law.

You agree not to: share your login credentials with any third party; attempt to access any account or system you are not authorised to use; scrape, copy, or reproduce portal content; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.

All content on the website and portal — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Baronial Business Bureau Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. No part may be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baronial Business Bureau Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or system unavailability. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.
